WebMD Provider Services is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager to extend our leading position in the healthcare provider patient experience market. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of our target buyers in order to produce engaging and relevant cross-channel campaigns that improve prospect engagement, generate leads, acquire customers, cross-sell existing customers and drive sales pipeline.

 

In partnership with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Content and others, you’ll be responsible for creating differentiated and compelling campaigns (i.e., new product launches, always-on campaigns and lead nurturing programs). You will partner closely with other members of the Marketing team to execute customer acquisition campaigns to drive growth for the business. This role reports into the VP of Marketing and is an integral player on our growing Marketing team.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and deliver strategic campaigns across a variety of channels in support our revenue goals
  • Design and implement email marketing programs for engaging and nurturing contacts and leads to turn into active opportunities
  • Develop and execute webinars to engage target audiences
  • Partner with Sales to define the lead management process and set lead scoring logic to support the identification of high-quality leads
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing peers to design and execute high-performing new product launches
  • Work closely with with Marketing peers to design and implement high-value in-bound lead generation programs (i.e., search, social and digital ads) that drive conversions
  • Provide ongoing measurement and optimization of all demand generation programs

 

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation campaign delivery; proven ability to create and execute content-based campaigns that engage and nurture B2B audiences
  • Marketing experience within the health system or health IT sector is preferred but not required
  • Outstanding writing skills across various content types including email, social media and longer forms like blogs
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Ability to track performance using advanced analytical tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies based on metrics; create and deliver metrics reporting
  • HubSpot CRM and Salesforce skills a big plus
  • Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability
  • Bachelor’s degree in English or Marketing preferred
