Experience: 2-3 years 

Qualification: Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or Biology

Position Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant professional content development experience (writing or editing) in a high-volume, process-oriented pharmaceutical advertising agency, or other healthcare communications role with a focus on online promotional content development and strategy
  • Experience with digital applications such as MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe PDF

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Curating the best stories as per targeted physician/healthcare professional (HCP) audience
  • Write and edit compelling headlines for the stories/content to be covered for Newsletter. 
  • Creating newsletter as per the template using email marketing software (Newsletter Builder)
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and timely delivery
  • Analyse newsletter performance using metrics like open rate, click through rates etc
  • Test and troubleshoot strategic content- and process-related issues
  • Assist with audience selection criteria based on previous user behavior + website trends in analytics data
