Position Overview

The Data Analytics Manager partners with the Commercial Operations group, Marketing team, Inside Sales, Corporate Systems, Finance, Accounting, and key vendors to provide database support, reporting, and in-depth analysis for Company-wide sales and related activities. They will ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures. They will use advanced data modeling, predictive methods, and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes. The right person for the job will apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems, finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams, and business units.


  • Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics. Provide recommendations to senior management based on these findings
  • Understand business needs and objectives
  • Develop effective Business Intelligence (BI) strategies and solutions. Use current BI software to achieve these means (ex. Alteryx and Tableau, or related products)
  • Partner with our Salesforce team to coordinate necessary connections/extractions of confirmed data into our existing reporting processes. Use automated processes whenever possible
  • Oversee analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze company/customer data from multiple applications, ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Apply statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost productivity and revenue
  • Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information. Defines objectives, identifies, and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates the outcomes
  • Keep updated on industry best practices and policies
  • Work with Finance and Accounting to develop detailed forecast reports, highlighting and explaining variances and projecting future trends, pipeline movement and expenses.
  • Work closely with Corporate Systems Group to identify technology and programming support requirements for data analytic initiatives
  • Performs responsibilities in a professional manner, meeting the Company’s mission and goals. 


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four (4) year college or university
  • 3-5 or more years related experience and/or training are required for this position.  These requirements may be substituted by an equivalent combination of education and experience where applicable.  Experience in relational database design and quantitative data analysis is required.  
  • significant knowledge of current BI software (ex, Tableau and Alteryx); Salesforce, Contact Management systems; Database software; Order processing systems; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software; Google Workspace, and any other software or system necessary for fulfilling the requirements of this position.
