Responsibilities

  • End to end responsibility and ownership of media campaigns, across the full campaign life cycle. Including:
    • Provision of impression availability and media reservation
    • Media Plan development and management
    • Coordination with clients/agencies for creative assets and oversee QA 
    • Weekly pacing review
    • Optimisation management
    • Monthly reporting
    • Client Services/Client relationship management
    • Project management
    • Revenue management
  • Work in partnership with the Sales team to understand client objectives and needs
  • Work in partnership with internal team to ensure effective campaign management (AdOps, Inventory, Finance amongst others)
  • Develop strong understanding of WebMD media products
  • Develop internal relationships and effectively communicate program details to internal operation teams

Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task and function well under pressure and tight delivery timeframes 
  • Highly organized and ability manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and diligence
  • Self-starter, strong problem solving skills
  • Lateral thinker, ability to make connections between key pieces of information
  • Proactive, results-oriented with strong customer service skills 
  • Understanding of third-party advertising tags and reporting 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel 
  • Salesforce, AdBook, Google Ad Manager, DART, Sizmek, Prisma experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience, including experience in agency or publisher environment with media planning responsibilities
