Associate Marketing Manager
WebMD is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Solutions team. This role is fully dedicated to the development, scoping and strategic storytelling of marketing programs that deliver business results for WebMD’s hospital and health system partners. In this role you will think creatively and communicate your ideas effectively to the Sales organization and clients, gathering customer feedback and enhancing solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, you’ll use your strong organizational skills and business acumen to partner closely with cross-functional teams and deliver compelling and effective marketing packages.

Serve as a marketing lead, responsible for packaging, pricing and positioning integrated digital
solutions for potential advertisers

● Partner closely with Sales to understand client needs and create thoughtful and compelling
advertising programs
● Work with internal teams to develop customer guarantees for marketing proposals
● Act as project manager across multiple teams - including client services, product
marketing, editorial, program marketing - to ensure timely configuration and delivery of
solutions
● Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to the business regarding market place
trends and activities
● Represent WebMD when engaging with clients
● Develop a deep understanding of marketing products and services available across
WebMD (consumer marketing) and Medscape (HCP marketing)

 Requirements
● 2+ years’ experience in marketing or sales for a publisher, media agency or health system
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience
● Working knowledge of digital agencies
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Highly self-motivated, proactive and self-sufficient
● Strong listening skills with ability to translate concepts into deliverables
● Proven success handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
● Comfort and familiarity with highly matrixed cross functional organizations
● Experience with Salesforce or another CRM program
● Advanced skills in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
● Strong creative marketing skills
● Ability to understand and solve problems in alignment with client expectations

Preferred
Knowledge of Hospitals / Health Systems
