Shift Time: 3 pm to 12 pm

Position Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Email marketing
• Experience in HTML and CSS
• Experience with filters, data extensions and automation programs in SFMC
• Experience in deliverability, email analytics, CAN-SPAM, triggered campaigns,
overall email best practices, and segmentation
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including AMP script) or similar
enterprise level ESP
• Extensive experience with all primary elements of Marketing Cloud: Email Studio,
Content Builder, Journey Builder, Analytics Builder, Personalization Builder,
Audience Builder, Contact Builder, Content Builder and Interaction Studio.
• Experience in migrations to Exact Target is an added advantage.
• Experience with A/B, multivariate testing, analysis, and reporting
• Experience in SQL and MS Excel including pivot tables will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with project/task management systems
• Ability to identify and address operational and process issues
• Excellent QA ability and attention to detail
• Exposure to calendar management is good to have
• Good communication skills with ability to organize and prioritize work effectively

Role & Responsibilities:
• Project management of email campaigns and cross-departmental projects
• Application of email marketing best practices in daily campaigns
• Analytics: Use of Excel and pivot tables to report on key KPI’s and metrics
• List management including data sanitation, scrubbing, opt outs, and suppressions
• Creation of reports and presentations
• Effectively communicate between technical, operational and strategy groups
• Light integration and launch of templated emails
• Quality assurance of outgoing email campaigns
