The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with educational partners to manage the developmental, documentation, and financial aspects of accredited education activities
● Oversee the accreditation process continuing healthcare education programs
● Cultivate collaborative relationships to facilitate the implementation of successful strategic partnerships
● Manage partner contracts and monitor associated finances
● Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures for adherence to the defined standards of governing regulatory bodies
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful educational programming including grants, outcomes, and marketing
● Serve as strategic resource to help partners grow their organizations and maximize the impact of their educational programming
● Maintain existing accounts, provide high quality, timely, complete, and accurate support
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
● Strong working knowledge of current ACCME, ACPE, or ANCC guidelines and FDA regulations
● Possess a background in the healthcare field preferred
● CHCP credential preferred
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
● A minimum of 5-8 years of experience maintaining responsibility for all aspects of medical education project management, including client services and interacting with funding agencies and professional groups
● Team oriented
● Experience writing, managing contracts as well as monitoring financial aspects of the contract
● Capable of administering multiple tasks concurrently and staying on top of project deadlines and deliverables
● Exceptionally strong organizational skills
● Excellent written and oral communication skills
● Able to work with tight deadlines and multi-task many projects at different stages of development through completion in an organized manner
● Be experienced with:
○ Goal-oriented project management
○ Developing and maintaining client relationships
○ Interacting with funding agencies and professional groups
● Some travel required
This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
