Medscape Client Delivery is the digital operations service group that builds, markets and delivers sponsorship campaigns on behalf of Medscape’s brand customers. The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for light coding of promotional assets, marketing & delivering on sponsored campaigns.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management Information Systems or Computer Science

Position Requirement:
- Demonstrated track record of managing integrated programs, including marketing/traffic, campaign setup, reporting and analytics
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (email, ad serving platforms, social), including platform capabilities and implementation
- Knowledge of HTML/XHTML, and CSS Experience
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Problem solving and analytical skills to proactively investigate and troubleshoot issues
Role & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Build
- Configure journey-based digital marketing campaigns by using proprietary marketing & custom data platform
- Creation & communication of metadata values used for tracking & reporting of marketing campaigns
- Set up promotional materials using HTML/XHTML; review a range of digital promotional assets and prep for QA sign off pre/post launch
- Oversee implementation and launch of all ad served assets
- Organize sponsorship materials for submission to QA team for final review & approval
- Campaign Marketing & Delivery
- Manage traffic delivery, monitor engagement rates and program metrics for assigned program portfolio & optimize to reach goals
- Communicate with Client Services, Sales and other internal stakeholders regarding program performance
- Troubleshoot/Triage when a program is over/under performing
