Description

Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client and internal relationships
  • Work closely with Global Sales Team, supporting program contracting and development and execution of programs across multiple pharmaceutical industry clients
  • Lead contracting process with clients and the subsequent management of internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are processed in a timely manner
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate billings/payment/PO processing
  • Work closely with agencies where required, to coordinate delivery of monthly reports etc
  • Meet regularly with Sales Planners and prepare summary status reports for Sales
  • Coordinate with the reporting team to ensure they have the details/materials required to build monthly operational metric reports
  • Review monthly reports for accuracy
  • Respond to client requests and enquiries in a timely manner and develop exceptional follow-through
  • Work as a member of the broader Account Management team were required, to support Sales development and execution, including support for preparation of client presentations and proposals
  • Provide support in Salesforce; pulling weekly pipeline reports, trend analysis etc

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience from a digital media buying/planning, agency or healthcare marketing experience
  • Passion for customer service and for ensuring clients have the best experience possible
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, results driven and great communications skills
  • Knowledge of internet technologies
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing environment a plus
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint a minimum)
