Who are we?

Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers. 

Medscape Education Global is looking for a Program Manager to join the Global Audience Engagement team. 

The Program Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day to day implementation of all campaign deliverables across our online educational products. 
  • Manage and direct at least 1 associate program manager and/or associate analyst – supporting their professional career development 

Role and responsibilities 
 
Reporting into the Director, Global Marketing Strategy, the Program Manager will: 

  • Troubleshoot and problem solve any issues that may impact on delivery or performance. 
  • Work alongside the relevant internal teams to ensure the delivery of all tactical marketing activities. 
  • Partner with relevant internal teams (Program Management, Production, Content etc.) to surface and develop improvements to processes, delivery and timelines. 
  • Follow up on all scheduled tasks to ensure no bottlenecks or delays. 
  • Routinely update Executive Director of Revenue on task delivery expectation.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field with ideally 5 + years of experience
  • Comfortable with data and can use it to understand problems and identify solutions. 
  • Experienced in managing projects and internal relationships 
  • Proven quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Data-driven thinking – comfortable representing and communicating this.
