Medscape Education Global, a division of WebMD, is currently seeking a Marketing Program Manager,
Audience Engagement, for our London-based Education business unit. The Marketing Program Manager,
reporting into the Director, Global Marketing Strategy, is responsible for managing the day-to-day
execution of audience generation for online educational products. They will work closely with multiple
cross-functional teams (eg, Data Analytics, Production, Project Management, Revenue Management,
Email Production, Sales teams) to support the proactive management of all education activities and to
provide management with regular status updates. They will ensure tasks are assigned and delivered on
time and within specification to meet product specifications and guarantees. They will retain operational
process knowledge and train/assist junior team members through obstacles and challenges.
Specific Responsibilities
 Rountinely update Executive Director of Revenue of task delivery expectation.
 Manage the workflow of the Global Audience Engagement Team and be a liaison for the team
with content program managers using Work Front
 Work with the content program managers and the Global Audience Engagement team members
and email production to overcome delivery issues
 Identify process improvements for the on time and to specification delivery of Global Audience
Engagement team tasks and deliverables
 Monitor projects and proactively identify potential project delays and accelerations
 Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Marketing sciences and their team to set up and manage
custom campaigns in
 Communicate project status to the project team and stakeholders outside of the team
 Modify schedules and/or project plans as necessary
 Document and update documentation of processes for training and decision-making
 Coordinate with Content Program Management and Production teams to develop timelines for
product marketing plans
 Supervise at least 1 associate program manager and/or associate analyst
 Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field with 5+ years of related professional experience
(in the digital or email marketing space, preferred)
 2+ years of project management software experience (Workfront preferred)
 Demonstrated project management, data management, and analytical skills
 Ability and desire to meet deadlines and deliver results independently by creatively using existing
resources in a productive and/or innovative way 
 Track record of effective communication, program leadership, and problem solving skills.
 Proven ability to meet deadlines, while being proactive and detail-oriented
 Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
 Strong sense of self-direction and ability to lead and own projects
 Proven success in working with cross-functional teams
 Excellent communication and writing skills
 Proficient in understanding, representing, and communicating data-driven analysis to
