Medscape Education Global is looking for a highly motivated, detail-orientated, performance-driven, Digital Marketing Manager to join the Global Audience Engagement team.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility will be to:

  • drive operational efficiency
  • improve campaign performance
  • increase customer engagement
  • manage campaign delivery

This is an exciting role where you will be able to combine your strategic marketing, project management and creative skills.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the development and management of digital marketing campaigns utilizing a range of digital channels.
  • Optimize all campaign messaging, creative, targeting, automation and segmentation through frequent testing and data analysis, with documentation of the results and sharing of best practices.
  • Work closely with in country teams, where relevant, to develop, set up and execute targeted campaigns for a range of strategic priorities.
  • Identify continuous opportunities to improve processes, systems and templates and work cross functionally to deliver them.
  • Support strategic assessment and consideration of new / alternative digital marketing tools, platforms or strategies in order to offer relevant, suitable and innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Help establish and deliver multi-layered reporting and analysis, monitoring and connecting all marketing activities in order to:
  • Identify audiences, trends and insights; to optimize activity and performance based on the insights.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, optimizing user funnels.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 3 - 5 + years online direct marketing experience..
  • A channel specialist with experience across paid social, Google search and display etc.
  • Strong project management, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of self-direction and ability to lead and own projects
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data and insights from campaigns e.g. Adobe. .
  • Data-driven thinking – comfortable representing and communicating this.
  • Motivated and able to self-manage with a strong sense of self-direction: comfortable leading and owning projects.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems, segmenting data, running split testing and analysis.
