Position Summary:


MedscapeLIVE! develops and produces compelling live and virtual programs designed to produce behavioral outcomes in a multitude of therapeutic areas in tailored formats across the globe. What You’ll Do:


  • This person will be responsible for managing email campaigns and web-content launches and for hand-coding content from source material quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Design & create HTML email templates
  • Architect, design, create, and implement technical optimizations for all Live event related emails, reporting, and system integrations for all live events
  • To create email templates and to create a system where CSV files can be uploaded for efficient email creation within Exact Target (SalesForce Marketing Cloud)
  • Manage Folder organization within Exact Target (SalesForce Marketing Cloud)
  • Manage Data filters and Data Interactions within Exact Target (SalesForce Marketing Cloud)
  • Specific Responsibilities
  • Code promotional and research products using HTML/XHTML, CSS and JavaScript in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Manage the development of creative and messaging for recruitment campaign email initiatives
  • Manage project timelines in WorkFront, immediately escalating issues that may be obstacles to meeting projected launch dates
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts as needed
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders – Audience Engagement, Data Analytics, and Program Management to accomplish the objectives listed above and execute live program optimizations
  • Use of ESP for management of campaigns
  • Responsible for manual/automation end to end testing across application, test cases/ scripts generation and documentation
  • Perform an end-to-end test in a digital production environment to validate new or updated business processes, customization and configuration, reports, and data migration

  • Bachelor Degree required; PMI certification a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of program and/or project management experience required; within the healthcare environment or medical education environment strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Python, creating, testing, and automating scripts
  • Proficient in Workfront, Exact Target, Salesforce, Adobe Omniture, SQL
  • Highly professional, ability to work independently, and easy rapport in building collaborative work relationships
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills and possess an eye for details
