Responsibilities:

WebMD is seeking a Programmatic Analyst to join our Programmatic and Data Solutions team. This position will work to support WebMD’s programmatic sales efforts, operational responsibilities within WebMD’s data management platform, and revenue recognition processes across our programmatic channels.  The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and problem solving skills, extreme attention to detail, proven ability to meet deadlines, and a willingness to adapt to the ever-changing programmatic landscape.  Additionally, the ideal candidate should be comfortable analyzing data and extracting insight from it.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the creation and maintenance of private marketplace deals within WebMD’s supply side platforms
  • Producing regular reports on private marketplace deal performance
  • Working with WebMD advertisers to identify and resolve transactional issues effecting private marketplace deals
  • Overseeing monthly billing and revenue recognition processes for private marketplace deals and programmatic partners
  • Creating first party custom audiences within WebMD’s data management platform
  • Working to provide operational support on WebMD data initiatives
  • Reporting on 3rd party data usage to our data management platform and partners


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience required in digital/traditional media, operations and sales support preferred
  • Previous experience working with supply side platforms, ad servers, and data management platforms a strong plus
  • Ability to conduct ad hoc data analysis
  • Experience working with Salesforce a strong plus
  • Very detail oriented
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with numerous internal teams
  • Skilled at project tracking and execution
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong ability to be responsible, accountable and result-driven
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
