Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Design and implement new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes; engage directly with the development manager development team to ensure successful design, development, and delivery of our software; design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the Software stack; mentor other Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, followed by five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following:
- experience with full stack JAVA and J2EE development;
- experience with PHP development;
- experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as a developer;
- experience in managing OWASP top 10 Security Vulnerabilities;
- experience with code review and testing tools including: JUnit, Find Bugs, PMD, and Splunk;
- experience with MySQL databases;
- experience with Tomcat servers; and
- experience with SVN and Git version control tools.
