The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will work with front-end web production teams and stakeholders to ensure a high degree of quality, and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, for web content and functionality in support of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and requirements, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrate leadership to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure products and software are delivered on time and with high quality
  • Produce accurate work with high attention to detail
  • Facilitate the efficient operation of local and remote teams
  • Elaborate on requirements, and define test scope and criteria
  • Develop test strategies, plans, and procedures from various business requirements and a working knowledge of products
  • Communicate plans, status, issues and risk to management and stakeholders; escalate and prioritize as necessary
  • Identify and lead improvement initiatives; create and maintain testing assets and reference material
  • Participate in project planning, task assignment and prioritization, resource allocation, and requirements review
  • Collaborate with the team to define, build, and implement testing tools
  • Execute test cases (manual and automated) and test plans across multiple platforms
  • Perform defect tracking, analysis and reporting; assume ownership of defects through resolution
  • Analyze data to determine root cause and perform impact assessment
  • Work under minimal supervision on complex projects; train and assist colleagues
  • Serve as subject matter expert on all QA processes
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation and training material
  • BS in Computer Science, BA in Management Information Systems, or related degree, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with software product testing across multiple platforms and devices
  • Excellent manual testing capabilities
  • Experience with SDLC, iterative and other development and project management methodologies
  • Experience leading QA projects and teams
  • Proficiency with project management, test management, and defect tracking tools
  • General understanding of front-end web development technologies and concepts
  • Working knowledge of html, css, Javascript, XML, SSL
  • Working knowledge of web debugging tools such as Charles or Fiddler, Firebug, etc.
  • Experience with test automation
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership ability and wide latitude for independent judgment
  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects under tight timelines while maintaining composure and focus
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with internal and external clients, coworkers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to transfer knowledge and translate technical concepts to non-technical resources and coworkers
  • Must have the flexibility to work a regular in-office schedule with additional evening, early morning, and weekend hours as required



  • Working knowledge of web analytics
  • Experience with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and their adherence
  • Experience with content and document management systems
