We currently have an opening for a Refrigeration Services Manager. We are open to hiring for remote work in any location within the US. Candidates who are local to Dublin, OH are able to work on-site and/or remote.

As a Refrigeration Services Manager, you will be accountable to the successful leadership and technical excellence of the discipline to perform the refrigeration engineering functions within WD. You will support, direct, and oversee other refrigeration engineering associates while ensuring the successful completion of projects, maintaining high quality standards, meeting project deadlines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes, and promotion seamless collaboration with other stakeholders within an integrated team of architects, designers, and engineers.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of Engineering and/or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience
• Advanced experience in the engineering of refrigeration sysstems, with multiple years of experience in staff management and leadership
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred
• Related industry experience designing refrigeration systems for retail facilities is preferred
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and multi-disciplined A&E team is highly desirable
