As an Account Director, you are responsible for providing account leadership and strategic direction about how WD services can be leveraged to help our clients deepen their relationships with their customers. You are joining a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, so there's lots of opportunities to develop your knowledge of WD processes and services by supporting project needs within designated accounts. This includes helping with project management related tasks (creating proposals, developing project plans, etc.), engaging with our SME's to ensure we're delivering a continuously improving product to clients, collaborating with our Marketing and Business Development teams, and coordinating with members of our Executive Leadership Team on how your account goals align with strategic business initiatives.
Location: We are open to hiring for remote work in any location.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience
- Experience in marketing, project management, account management and/or equivalent agency experience
- Demonstrated ability to grow account revenue and services by building strong client relationships
- Understanding of the creative process with a talent for translating requests into projects with defined deliverables and distinct steps
- Ability to be an advocate for both the client and the internal team
