We currently have an opening for a Jr. Recruiter in our Mumbai Office (Jogeshwari West). Our work hours are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours.

As a Jr. Recruiter, you will work within the global Talent Care (HR) team to identify future WD Associates through interviews and assessments. In addition to following WD Partners values, policies and procedures, the primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Review applicants from a variety of sources, including online applications and CV's shared from recruiting consultant partners.
  • Interview potential candidates and share as appropriate with hiring managers for open positions.
  • Share value of working at WD Partners, while also providing an honest, realistic work preview. Identify candidate's goals and motivators to help them understand where WD can (and sometimes cannot) help them achieve those goals.
  • Coordinate with internal WD managers and leadership, as well as applicants (or agencies) to schedule technical interviews and respond to candidates following interviews.
  • Follow-up with candidates and managers to determine interest in hiring. Coordinate with the Recruiting Manager, Talent Care and Director, Talent Care to transition candidates to onboarding stages.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers in the US and India to maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates for assigned positions
  • Work closely with the rest of the global Recruiting Team (located in the US & India) to ensure fair and consistent recruiting practices across all hires.

Necessary Experience:

  • Prior work experience in recruiting is helpful; experience recruiting in India for architecture and/or engineering roles is ideal
  • Proven understanding of successful interview practices
  • Ability to successfully balance and fill multiple open positions at a variety of stages, utilizing a high level of organization and communication
  • Attention to detail; consistent and accurate usage of an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for sharing and communicating with candidates, plus daily updates of internal reporting for visibility of recruiting progress to hiring managers and leadership
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team and willingness to engage and support team members and leadership globally
