Due to recent expansion, we are currently looking for a customer service team lead.  

This position will start off entry level with provided training to prepare for the leadership role.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Interact with customers in a friendly, fast, courteous and efficient manner • Attention to detail in order to promote positive customer interactions
• Hear and sense customer needs and keep your manager and fellow team members informed
• Complete training and maintain knowledge by participating in on-line and hands on educational and training opportunities
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm
• Be a strong team player, with a commitment to continuous learning who provides high quality service to our customers

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member of the team.

• Willing to learn and grow with the position.
• Consistent in attendance and stable work history.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Detail oriented.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
