Reporting of the role
This role reports to (Line Manager’s position).
- You will be working in a unique “integrated” agency with digital, media and creative specialists all under one roof.
- Puts you on the cutting edge of digital advertising and digital measurement.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- Been up to speed with client’s portfolios/value proposition and able to articulate this confidently
- Started to build relationships with the key decision makers within the current pipeline
- Been familiar with all functions in GroupM and well organized the daily routine
In six months:
- Been well recognized by key clients by demonstrating the digital leadership in terms of strategic planning, implementation etc.
In 12 months:
- Had a mature pipeline at each stage of opportunity development
- Created some client’s additional demands and get further revenue for Wavemaker
- Improved your team's capability
Responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and build relationships with clients, be a trusted advisor on account requirements.
- Set viable objectives and KPIs and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs.
- Deployment of best-in-class digital implementation across client portfolio.
- Ensure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies.
- Campaign strategy & planning, and integration with the wider comms.
- Assist in training & up-skilling of client account teams.
- Management, extraction & interpretation of clients’ digital performance data.
- Delivery of beyond-the-banner high value services, including digital workshops; content solutions; performance marketing; social & mobile projects; competitor intelligence services.
- Sharing of best practice with the wider Interaction community.
- Conduct regular appraisals with designated team members.
What you will need:
- 6-7 years of digital experience (agency background preferred)
- An independent, self-driven individual with highly responsible nature
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges
- Proven track record on the execution and development of digital strategies for clients
- Experience in managing media briefs, budgets, and aligning digital strategy with global brand strategy
- Chinese competency is a must (either Mandarin speaking or read/write Chinese if not spoken fluent Mandarin)
- An understanding of China digital space is a major plus.
