In this role, you will be doing be responsible for planning digital media for a large CPG client of Wavemaker. The role involves working with a complex digital ecosystem and gives exposure to a wide range of digital media solutions which are fundamental to building a career in digital.

Core responsibilities: 
  • Be the trusted advisor/ to-go person within the team and with clients for all things related to digital
  • Work with key media partners for implementation planning
  • Presenting plans, reports and evals to clients
  • Follow best practices and procedures/process for media planning & operations
  • Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs
  • Provide guidance to the team on planning, operations and optimization of digital campaigns.
  • Ensure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies
  • To be a team player and work well with all members of the team to ensure all tasks are fulfilled
  • To update the team and clients on new digital trends and changes in media landscape (e.g. new media vendors, new ad formats etc
  • Ensure financial process is followed in terms of client set-up and invoicing
  • Mentor and train digital analyst on campaign set up, trafficking, optimising and reporting
  
The Candidate:  
  • Minimum 3-5 years in digital media planning
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources)
  • Hands-On Knowledge of advertising technology platforms including and not limited to ad servers, DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Comfortable with numbers with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Positive attitude, can take guidance and be pro-active
  • Strong Timeline Management
