What You’ll Do:
As the Social and Influencer Manager for the prestigious L’Oréal Groupe, you will play a pivotal role in activating innovative, high-impact campaigns across L'Oréal's 32 beauty brands – You will be dedicated to one of four divisions – CPD, LUXE, PPD, LDB. You’ll collaborate closely with your team/s to elevate brand presence through social media channels and influencer partnerships, ensuring that each campaign achieves its goals and resonates with target audiences. As a manager, you are responsible for client and partner relationships as well outstanding execution of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Activation: Develop and implement social media and influencer marketing strategies that align with L'Oréal’s brand objectives and drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.
- Influencer Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers and content creators, ensuring authentic brand collaborations. Support negotiation of influencer contracts, lead content briefs, workflow and campaign deliverables.
- Content Development: Work with the team to ideate and produce compelling content across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
- Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day management of L'Oréal’s social media accounts (where relevant), ensuring that content is posted in line with the campaign calendar, is of high quality, and drives engagement. It will be a requirement to monitor comments on influencer and creator posts and escalate and respond to as needed.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of social media and influencer campaigns using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation, focusing on KPIs like engagement, reach, and ROI. It will be your role to lead PCR’s.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal team (e.g. division lead, creative, strategy, seeding, analytics etc.) to ensure seamless campaign execution and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to continually innovate L'Oréal’s approach to social media marketing.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for social media and influencer activations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.

- Strong relationship-building skills with influencers and internal teams.
- Proactive, with a problem-solving attitude and an eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Know how to prioritise – You will be responsible for multiple campaigns, working with multiple contacts across multiple content deliverables - It's important that you manage your priorities and seek guidance from your Director as required.
- Ability to write PCRs with little feedback to structure of learnings/insights/actions and should be confident in presenting these to a client
