Content manager

 

Responsibilities of the role:

Assist to design, present, or facilitate content plan and thematic workshops based on clients’ needs with your strategic thinking.

Work on new business opportunities with account management team and pitch ideas to potential clients.

Keep up with industry trends to generate and collaborate on relevant thought leadership, including new ways of working that applies to our work.

Serve as project manager for content partnerships, ensuring all parties are accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering within approved plan parameters.

Lead structured brainstorms that generate original ideas.

Cultivate client relationships, demonstrating a keen understanding of their business and how content fits within it.

Strong ability to execute, ensuring all parties' deliveries to ensure the project's success.

 

 

What you will need:

Social media savvy with 3+ year experience in content planning and executive in previous agency (creative and/or media) or interactive departments.

Have a passion for the content industry, a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Demonstrate strong understanding of the role of content and managing clients on content briefs.

Creative mindset with strong knowledge of current social media platform and content development and emerging trends.

Ability to quickly adapt to new system and workflows.

Team up to Win, Take Ownership to deliver fast, Eager to improve an inspire.

Goal-oriented, with excellent and proactive project follow-up skills.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

能够独立统筹客户项目日常沟通工作

对3C和汽车行业的内容营销玩法熟悉

熟悉各类型媒体的内容营销资源类型及玩法

能够独立产出完整的内容营销idea策划建议

具备大型内容营销合作项目,如综艺节目大身份赞助、颁奖盛典晚会赞助、线下活动赞助等的PM管理经验,高效统筹媒体及客户工作进展。

 

职业素养:

具备较高的职业道德素养,有大平台公司经验,熟悉系统化架构的沟通流程,团队配合及跨团队协作能够充分认知自己的角色定位及职责。
