Brief role description:  
We are currently looking for a Group head IMC and Advocacy to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new content, sports & live & movie marketing streams, building new partnerships and looking at consumer focused content & film marketing solutions for brands across mediums. You should have ideally worked in a digital agency/multi-channel network/influencer agency/media agency.

Core responsibilities:  
  • Up to speed with Brands’ value proposition and be able to articulate this confidently.  
  • Exposed to live projects and pipeline to understand the work & process. 
  • Started to build relationships with the key decision makers within Wavemaker and strategic partners.  
  • Develop and nurture the team with new thinking on Branded Content and Movie Associations, to be adapted in existing or new proposals, be it the use of emerging technology, integration of digital & social, use of influencers, and/or partnerships. 
  • Collaboration with Digital, Insight and Activation  
  • Streamlineand strengthen partner eco-system. 
  • Active client engagement
  • Developed a project pipeline at each stage of opportunity development. 
  • Lead Branded Content and Movie tie-up project brainstorms and develop proposals that are highly integrated with the other units within Wavemaker and/or specialist units within the GroupM network. 
  • Deliver and get client sign-off on Branded Content, Sports & Live, Movie Tie-up proposals with a strong focus on strategy.  
  • Manage and work with the team to continuously be in the pulse of what is emerging in technology, Branded Content, Sports & Live and Movie Marketing 
  • You will have started to be the key client contact on Branded Content projects for the region.  
  • Identified and implemented the training requirements for the team
  • Get award wins across key forums. 
  • Profile the brand as best in class  
  • Deliver Region’s annual content targets. 
Additional responsibilities:  
  • Conceptualizing and leveraging use of tech, content, and movie marketing for brands for active engagement with consumers & meeting brand challenges/ objectives.
  • Evangelizing the use of tech, content, sports and movie tie-ups in brand media plans for teams across clients
  • Development, pitching and execution of projects across media touch points and clients / relevant media partners.
  • Co-ordination and closure with different stakeholders and partners for a win-win proposition for all parties concerned.
  • Will be working closely with the central Group M team for market opportunities and execution and with business teams and GMs for brand / client understanding. 
The Candidate:  
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and is self-motivated.  
  • Great client servicing skills  
  • Keen understanding of audience behaviour and can show an ability to draw actionable insights from it. 
  • Understanding of the various technologies, content genres, etc. 
  • Experience of working with diverse teams & excels in people interactions.
  • Minimum experience of 5-6 years working with creative / influencer agencies. 
  • Experience on working with well-known brands.
