Brief role description:
We are looking for resource with basic knowledge of Social Media Listening and data analysis across digital and brand communication. He/she should be able to read data signals and draw meaningful insights. He/she should also be able to independently analyse create reports for the client and be the point of contact for all day to day deliverables.

      Core responsibilities:
  •  Individually contribute Product & Strategy function and streamline daily operations/ reporting with minimal supervision
  •  Identified and Integrated additional data sources to add richness of Insights and strategy
  •  Emerged as the go-to person both internally and amongst clients for digital solutions
  •  Become proficient is escalation handling and resolve conflicts
  •  Focus on Learning/ Certifications to enhance knowledge on Social Media Insights 
             Additional responsibilities:
  • One big win with Insights driving action ability towards Media, Communication, Campaign
  • Executed 3 critical campaigns from conceptualization to delivery (Integrating Media and Communication)
  • Evaluated new data and technology partners to solve a business challenge
The Candidate:
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate – Management/ Statistics/ Research
  • Abreast with the latest tools & innovative research methodologies
  • Around 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Good research skills, including data process, experienced in applying professional consulting and Research models
  • Excellent PowerPoint Skills
