Responsibilities of the role:
- Direct and oversee the daily operations of CRM campaigns, acting as the primary resource for strategy, planning, and execution. Ensure that CRM initiatives align with overall business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Oversee both internal and external teams to ensure CRM campaigns are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Foster strong collaboration across departments to optimize performance and ensure campaign success.
- Strategize, manage, and monitor the delivery of CRM communications across various digital touchpoints, leveraging multiple platforms to maximize campaign impact and customer engagement.
- Develop and manage reporting frameworks to track KPIs and other key metrics for CRM campaigns. Ensure rigorous data analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights to inform future strategy and continuous improvement.
- Continuously research and integrate new tools, platforms, and technologies that support CRM and social media operations. Identify opportunities to enhance campaign efficiency, data utilization, and audience engagement.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, demonstrating thought leadership in CRM strategies and digital marketing trends. Develop strategies to optimize customer lifetime value and foster stronger client relationships.
- Implement CRM and data management best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy and protection regulations. Educate the team on compliance requirements and industry standards to mitigate risks and protect client data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define long-term CRM goals and strategies, including customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and personalized communications. Drive innovation by staying at the forefront of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to enhance CRM capabilities.
- Utilize statistical programming and data mining tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS) to analyze complex data sets, forecast trends, and identify new opportunities for clients.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and integrate new data collection methods to improve campaign performance and analytics capabilities.
What you will need:
- Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in banking, retail, or consumer marketing industries, with a proven track record in CRM, big data projects, and advanced modeling.
- Experience working with Data Management Platforms (DMPs), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and analytics platforms, including but not limited to Telium, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in business intelligence and data mining tools such as SAS, SQL. Demonstrated ability in data modeling, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver impactful, data-driven reports and proposals. Experience in managing large-scale projects and guiding strategic decisions through data.
- A natural affinity for numbers and trend analysis, with the ability to extract insights and provide high-level recommendations.
- Familiarity with coding languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C#, SQL) and experience with webpage structure and design. Knowledge of tagging architecture and local publisher tagging requirements is a plus.
- A forward-thinking, change-driven approach, with a passion for technology and data’s evolving role in the digital media landscape.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and respect across diverse teams. Collaborative approach and skilled at fostering relationships within a multi-agency, multi-layered organization.
- Proactive in developing connections within the business community and staying updated on industry trends. Willingness to invest time in ongoing learning and skill development.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
