Brief Description:
The core mission of the Senior Associate, Audience & Data Management is to create and implement a comprehensive Audience Framework, identifying solutions and measurement partners to measure the impact of media investments most accurately. 
This is a hybrid role which both works across key clients and helps to manage the delivery and activation of our Addressable Media and measurement framework across the wider agency.
  • Develop a comprehensive channel & audience framework for brands, campaign in collaboration with strategy, planning, audience, and activation teams to define measurement success for the campaign
  • Collaborate with investment, activation, and planning teams to deliver actionable insights based on reporting and measurement to deliver the right story to clients, and make recommendations driving to more efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead implementation and deployment of various measurement effectiveness studies such as brand lift, conversion lift … to deliver learnings tied directly to client’s objectives
  • Identify potential Audience gaps and requirements and develop recommendations for relevant measurement partners
  • Develop test and learn measurement/audience agenda & roadmap considering new metrics, new measurement partners and solutions
  • Identify data gaps/opportunities to continue elevating client’s deliverables
  • Update clients about industry trends/changes impacting measurement strategies.
  • Liaise with all internal teams (strategy, planning, audience, content, e-commerce and activation) for on-going integration of learnings based on business analysis and insights based on performance starting with investments up to measurement including planning and activation.
  • Recommend the development of campaign dashboards and data measurement visualizations for clients.
  • Be the point of contact for vendors & partners, maintain strong relationships
  • Support, train and mentor to junior team members professional development and growth
  • Participate in client meetings and act as measurement point of contact where relevant
What You Will need:
  • Minimum 2 years experience preferably in Media or Programmatic or consulting /client facing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Math or other quantitative discipline, numbers are at the core of everything you do.
  • Strong data analytics & strategy background; and the ability to identify and communicate insights and recommendations
  • Demonstrated supervisory, delegation and strong mentorship skills
  • Working knowledge of Syndicated tools (DDS, Prisma, DCM, DBM & Vividata etc.)
  • Advanced Excel user. Experience with data visualization or dashboarding is an asset.
  • Expert knowledge and use various digital analytics platforms/tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights.
  • Solid experience with an understanding of reporting tools (DFA, Omniture, Google DCM, Analytics & AdWords)
  • A strong understanding of the Canadian media landscape and media measurement.
