Nurse Manager - Institute for Joint Restoration and Research Clinic, Full-time days, 40 hrs/week

Salary Range: $192,150 - $269,006
Position Summary:
The Nurse Manager is an operational manager designated as the leader for Institute for Joint Restoration and Research Clinic (IJRR), its patient population and assigned staff, who has 24 hour responsibility and accountability for all patient care activities, clinic operations, budget and staff competency.
Qualifications:
Graduate from a school of nursing with a current California RN license.
BS Degree in nursing from an accredited program required.
Certification within area and/or administrative certification preferred.
BLS required.
Demonstrates expertise in medical office management with a minimum of two years experience preferred.
Demonstrated oral and writing skills (in English).
Strong communication skills/customer service orientation.
Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations.
Ability to develop and maintain effective leadership and working relationships.
Computer literate required, Epic experience preferred.
