Salary Range: $26.55 - $35.85
Position Summary:
The Guest Service Representative performs a variety of functions that include greeting patients, visitors and others. Representatives assist with wayfinding and help to maintain security by following procedures for badging and logging guests. Other duties include answering phone calls and ensuring that all requirements for visitation are met.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required, 1-2 years college preferred.
Experience:
Two or more years customer service experience required.
