1.   Master’s degree in Nursing required. 

2.   DNP Preferred 

3.   Professional certification preferred 

4.   5+ years’ experience in a Magnet healthcare setting required. 

5.   Ability to communicate effectively. 

6.   Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred. 

7.   Ability to prepare oral and written reports. 

8.   Ability to understand and analyze data.
