Salary Range: $117,977.60 - $165,152.00
Position Summary: The Employee Benefits Manager develops, implements, administers, and maintains benefit programs, policies and procedures. Ensures benefits programs are equitable, meet employee needs comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or experience commensurate with a four-year degree in Human Resources or related field, required.
- 5 years of experience in benefit administration, required.
- Experience with labor unions and public speaking
- Word processing, spreadsheet and HRIS familiarity, required.
