Pay Range: $36.60 - $49.42
Position Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist (Onboarding) supports the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) function and Human Resources Department with a wide range of administrative, onboarding, recruitment and support tasks. The Human Resources Generalist (Onboarding) works closely with the HR recruiters, HR Business Partners and Hospital Management staff to ensure timely, thorough and consistent onboarding of new hires and transfers. The Human Resources Generalist (Onboarding) will act as a point of contact for all hiring managers by becoming knowledgeable and proficient on all recruiting/onboarding processes. The Human Resources Generalist (Onboarding) will create an outstanding experience for the candidate and employees.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent GED required. Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.
Experience: At least one year HR experience preferably in the Healthcare field, specifically in an acute care hospital environment. General working knowledge of all aspects of the Human Resources department in a healthcare setting.
Preferred/Desirable Skills, Abilities:
Shows initiative in analyzing Human Resources processes and making recommendations for improvements. Able to take a proactive approach to streamline HR process. Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary to explain complex information to all levels of management/employees. Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals. Work independently in responding to day-to-day functional needs in a dynamic environment.
