Salary Range:  $123,864 - $173,409

Position Summary

Is responsible for supporting and facilitating new product requests, product conversions, and standardization and utilization opportunities for better outcomes that achieve cost savings. In addition to performing the essential functions listed below, may also be assigned other duties as required.

Required:
Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a BA or BS degree in a related field.
3-5 years of related experience.
In-depth knowledge of strategic sourcing policies, practices, and systems.
In-depth knowledge of sourcing categories and commodities.
In-depth knowledge of medical and surgical supplies.
Ability to independently gather and organize data in order to perform financial and supply analysis.
Strong listening and communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively.
Strong organizational, meeting facilitation, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Excel and Word applications.
Previous experience in staff training and education.
 
 
Preferred:
Clinical operations experience.
 
 
Essential Job Responsibilities
 
Achieving Results 
Key Components: assess, plan, evaluate, demonstrate initiative, quality of work, productivity 
 
1.     Lead and implement supply savings initiatives working with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and suppliers.
2.     Support various Clinical Quality Value Analysis (CQVA) committees, providing Supply Chain information to make decisions.
3.     Oversee the use of the new product workflow application.

1.     Perform data analysis, being able to pull information from systems and applications, to provide meaningful information for decision-making.
2.     Maintain and grow medical supply and equipment knowledge, with understanding of clinical workflows.

1.     Support key stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate CQVA committee meetings.
2.     Facilitate the implementation of new products and equipment with necessary stakeholders.

1.     Establishes and maintains positive, effective and professional communications within Supply Chain and with all other departments at WHHS.

2.     Ensures adherence to all established District rules and regulations regarding the procurement of supplies, equipment and services.
