About the Role
In your role as Client Project Manager your main goal is to combine your stellar project management and customer service experience with your drive to generate recurring business through the successful completion of voice over projects. You will report to the Manager, Managed Services and will be an integral part of the unbelievably awesome Customer Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all tracking and administrative aspects of client projects, including but not limited to complete project organization, project delivery planning, quality control of deliverables, coordination of external vendors, communication management, etc.
- Creating and posting jobs to the Voices website, shortlisting talent for client review. Quoting and creating revision opportunities for ongoing projects.
- Identifying any risks, timeline changes or blockers that might prevent us from meeting our deliverables. Notifying all stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Creating and updating project records in Salesforce, Asana, Google Drive to ensure accurate project tracking.
- Maintaining client satisfaction and expectations throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Skills Required
- Customer Focus: Strong commitment to understanding and meeting client needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through proactive support and effective solutions.
- Decision Making & Problem Solving: Proficient in analyzing project challenges, making sound decisions under time constraints and implementing effective solutions to meet project goals.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile principles and practices, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively with iterative project cycles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey project updates, facilitate team collaboration and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Resilience: Demonstrates adaptability, persistence and a positive approach when managing multiple priorities or navigating project challenges.
Educational Requirements
- College diploma in Project Management, Communications or Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1-3 years at a similar project management position.
- Experience with “Google Apps for Work”, Project Management Tools, CRM considered an asset.
- Experience in project management, organization, stakeholder communication, time management with knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques an asset.
- Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification is considered an asset.

Hybrid Work Details: We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in-office day per month on pre-set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.
