Voices is looking for a Channel Manager - Paid to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and support retention initiatives. The Channel Manager - Paid is responsible for developing and implementing effective paid campaigns and landing pages, and ultimately driving down customer acquisition costs to improve efficiency.

 

In addition to your expertise in paid marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team by assisting with the planning and execution of a variety of projects across demand generation and product marketing functions. This role reports to the Manager, Demand Generation.

 

Responsibilities

 

Paid Marketing (80%):
  • Campaign Management: Manage paid campaigns for Voices, including Google Ads (search, display, video), paid social, and programmatic. Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from setup to optimization.
  • Keyword Research & Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies. Adjust strategies based on performance data and emerging trends.
  • Ad Copy & Landing Pages: Develop high-performing ad copy and landing pages designed to drive conversions and meet business objectives. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously design and conduct A/B tests to compare different versions of ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Implement winning variants and share insights and learnings with the team.
  • Conversion Tracking: Implement and manage conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.
  • ABM Strategies: Assist in the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to effectively target high-value accounts and drive engagement.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Cost Management: Drive down and maintain customer acquisition costs within established marketing targets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports on key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
 
Additional Projects (20%):
  • Product Marketing Projects: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various product marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Reporting & Data Integrity: Generating reports and analysis for various Marketing initiatives as required; collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to support marketing initiatives.
  • Additional Support: Lead and assist with new marketing projects as required, providing support across various marketing functions.
 
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in paid media management across search and social (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Blueprint) are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and optimization
  • Strong conversion copywriting skills and prior experience conducting A/B tests
  • Experience building dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Salesforce, or Tableau)
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing customer interactions and building reports
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
