About the Role  
As the Social Media & Creative Specialist, you will manage the Voices customer-facing social  channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads) to create brand awareness, engagement, interest, and ultimately drive new clients and talent to Voices. In addition, this role will support other creative initiatives with design, video and multimedia work. 
 
Responsibilities  
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:
  • Develops high quality social media content for organic initiatives, to drive engagement, following and brand awareness  
  • Maintain brand consistency across social media channels 
  • Help create engaging video content - to share on social media, but also for events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives 
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance 
  • Align organic social programs to pipeline and revenue goals 
  • Identify trends and opportunities by monitoring social media activities 
  • Build a social media influencer program, for both talent and client interests 
  • Support design and video activities as needed 
  • Create an executive and employee advocacy program for social 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. 
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:
  • Preferred - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or  related field 
  • 3-4 years experience in marketing, with 2-3 specifically in social media management  
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to write in the brand voice  and abide by the brand guidelines 
  • Experience in the use of social media management platforms 
  • Content creation skills (photography, film, video, audio) 
  • Knowledge of Canva Pro and other graphic design tools, including the ability to create graphics for social sharing 
  • Comfortable representing the brand on camera often  
  • Video experience, including familiarity with editing in Davinci Resolve or a similar tool

Hybrid Work Details: We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in-office day per month on pre-set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.
