About the Role  
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with Voices’ business goals. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders and employees across the Sales, Managed Services, Customer Support, and Revenue Operations teams, providing Human Resources guidance and hands-on support in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, career development, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities  
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
    • Partner with leaders to address HR matters, including employee relations, performance, and development.
    • Support employee engagement surveys and translate results into actionable improvement plans for your portfolio.
    • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, ensuring inclusive practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
    • Act as a culture ambassador, reinforcing company values and ensuring they are reflected in leadership behaviour and HR practices.
    • Facilitate focus groups and feedback sessions to gather employee insights and enhance workplace experience.
  • Performance Development:
    • Partner with leaders to develop high-performing teams through coaching, feedback, and tailored development plans.
    • Help define and implement performance management processes, including coordinating goal-setting activities, feedback, and talent calibration.
    • Work with leaders to identify skills gaps and assist with curating targeted training programs.
    • Support career pathing and mobility initiatives to improve internal advancement opportunities.
  • Change Management & Operational Effectiveness:
    • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or structures.
    • Support continuous improvement in HR operations by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
    • Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract and retain top talent aligned with Voices’ values and culture.
    • Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop talent strategies that support short- and long-term business goals.
    • Contribute to organizational design and restructuring initiatives to improve efficiency and role clarity.
    • Support succession planning by identifying key roles, assessing readiness, and developing internal talent pipelines.
    • Develop workforce analytics dashboards to track trends in turnover, engagement, and performance.
    • Conduct market research to maintain competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Metrics & Continuous Improvement:
    • Use HR data and analytics to provide insights and improve people programs.
    • Track and report key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, DEI, Quality of Hire, performance outcomes).
    • Use data to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
    • Benchmark HR practices against industry standards to maintain competitiveness and innovation.
  • Policy, Compliance & Benefits Administration
    • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies.
    • Lead the management of our company’s benefits program, ensuring our offerings remain competitive, well-communicated, and supportive of employee well-being.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with demonstrated business partnering expertise or equivalent experience.
  • CHRP or CHRL designation (or in progress) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment standards, human rights, and health & safety laws.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A strong work ethic and a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
  • Ability to be professionally assertive when required.
  • Experience with supporting Sales leaders and colleagues is an asset.
Additional Information
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Hybrid work environment; occasional travel may be required.
  • You must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle at your disposal to travel to our head office in London, ON, as required—typically once or twice per month.

Hybrid Work Details: We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in-office day per month on pre-set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.
