About the Role
In your role as Client Project Manager, you are a dedicated advocate and a seamless extension of the client. Your main goal is to bridge the gap between a client’s vision and its final execution. By combining stellar project management skills with a high-touch service mindset, you will coordinate a complex ecosystem of voice talent, agents, studios, and engineers to deliver exceptional results. You will be an integral part of our Customer Operations team, driving recurring business by ensuring every stakeholder feels supported and every project is a success.
 
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:
  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee all administrative and tracking components of client projects, including organizational structure, delivery roadmaps, and rigorous quality control for all final project deliverables.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Manage the full lifecycle of job postings on the Voices platform, including shortlisting top-tier talent for client review and negotiating quotes or revisions for active projects.
  • Risk Mitigation & Communication: Proactively identify project risks, timeline shifts, or blockers. Ensure all stakeholders are notified promptly to maintain transparency and project momentum.
  • Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain real-time project accuracy by managing records across Salesforce, Asana, and Google Suite, ensuring data-driven tracking from project kickoff to final delivery.
  • Client and Talent Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between Clients and Talent, proactively managing the end-to-end project lifecycle to ensure not only that expectations are met, but that every stakeholder experience is exceptional and results in long-term satisfaction.

  • Agile & Adaptable Management: Proficient in Agile principles, with a proven ability to pivot priorities and thrive within iterative project cycles.
  • Client-Centric Solutions: Dedicated to proactive support and high-impact communication to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Strong verbal and written skills used to bridge the gap between internal teams and external stakeholders; ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration, transparent project tracking, and proactive expectation management.
  • Professional Resilience: Maintains a solution-oriented approach and high performance while managing multiple complex priorities.
  • Experience: Previous experience within project management or a closely related role.
  • Education: College diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to leverage Google Suite for seamless collaboration, Salesforce (CRM) to drive pipeline accuracy, and Asana to manage complex project lifecycles and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Strong background in project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Certifications: CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) designation is highly preferred.

Hybrid Work Details: We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in-office day per month on pre-set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.
 
Compensation
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
A typical hire for this role generally falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity. Employees grow through the range based on performance and demonstrated competencies.
