The HR Project Manager will develop and maintain project plans supporting North America HR programs and initiatives using project management tools and processes under guidance. As HR Project Manager, you will support the coordination of the North America HR team to deliver successful projects/programs with a distinctive employee experience.


  • Project manage a series of HR workflows
    • Help manage our evolving North America HR projects to ensure execution of strategic initiatives
    • Continuously identify risks and provide updates during project lifecycle
    • Oversee project workflow and drive the completion and reporting of milestones
    • Coordinate internal resources as needed for the execution of projects
    • Facilitate communication to leadership and key stakeholders
    • Drive best practices, promote knowledge sharing and close collaboration within the HR team
    • Create and maintain project plans, reports, and dashboards that provide the project teams and stakeholders insight into project portfolio
  • Assist in establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects meet high-quality standards and stakeholder expectations
  • Provide clear and concise status updates and reports to various levels of the organization
  • Build healthy relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels including senior leadership, geographically distributed project team members, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Stay relevant in all areas of HR and project management as a recognized partner
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 2 - 3 years of previous experience in HR project management
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects; strong working knowledge of common project management and change management models, methodologies, and tools
  • Prior HR operational experience (benefits, recruiting, learning, compensation, business partnering)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
  • Must be very detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust in real-time to competing demands and deadlines to support numerous stakeholders
  • Anticipate questions, think ahead and plan for contingencies
  • Can easily maneuver from big picture to detail and back … quickly
  • Have superb communication skills and the ability to frame problems and solutions quickly and concisely for a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, pitch in when needed, and function as a member of the team
  • Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong proficiency in standard office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and interest in quickly mastering other tools (AirTable, Trello, Keynote, etc)
  • Experience with online collaboration/facilitation tools
