The Senior Finance Manager provides day to day support to one of our major clients.


  • Support the Finance Director by reviewing scope of work contracts and providing feedback to project leads prior to final review and internal approval.
  • Review staff plans, provide feedback to project leads, and validate the accuracy of the calculated fee.
  • Oversee the tracking of scopes of work and purchase orders received. Work with project leads and the client procurement team to address any concerns.
  • Partner with the project leads, HR, finance, and agency operations from various inter-company business units to calculate the monthly labor accrual and update the quarterly forecast.
  • Perform a monthly review of the P&L and balance sheet. Provide commentary on significant variances.
  • Oversee the banking program and troubleshoot any issues working alongside with finance and the WBA Commercial Team.
  • Provide support on various month-end close tasks.
  • Oversee 1 direct report
  • Perform other adhoc projects as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Accounting or Finance degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of Accounting experience required. Marketing/Advertising experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in the advertising and communications industry is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting Systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong Communication Skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-starter who is both interested and willing to take on an expanded role over time.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced `
  • Manage multiple tasks across multiple stakeholders and agency networks
