Where you shine

The Project Manager – eCommerce Support oversees day-to-day enrollment activities for Ford Customer Service Division eCommerce projects, employs and evolves processes for eCommerce support, and manages the generation of all enrollment documentation for client, dealers, and vendors.

What your success will look like

  • Establish working relationship with payment processors in support of eCommerce enrollment
  • Partner with Program Manager for system development and enhancements
  • Contribute to strategic and continual development of the eCommerce Enrollment Site
  • Attend and manage reoccurring status meetings
  • Attend vendor meetings
  • Proactive eCommerce enrollment support
  • Field inbound eCommerce support requests
  • Develop and distribute reports to clients and internal teams
  • Partner with Technology team to manage system resolution from identification to dealer notification of resolution
  • Develop/maintain a strong understanding of system back end functionality
  • Coordinate mass dealer communications with appropriate third parties
  • Support team data analysis request
  • Supports/facilitates the mandatory adherence to ISO9001 requirements, processes, and procedures
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
