Description

We’re looking for a talented Art Director to join our creative team. This multi-disciplined person should be detail-oriented with a strong eye for design, a keen understanding of adopting brand style guidelines and a passion for creative storytelling in motion graphics and video. Combining all these talents, this person will help deliver creative and innovative solutions to client problems by producing compelling experiences for digital channels through static and motion assets.

Responsibilities include working collaboratively with the team to:

• Create impactful, user-centered experiences from start to finish (concept, design and technical execution) using text, audio, animation, photography and video
• Design and build cross-channel content for social media, email and web sites, including static assets, motion graphic videos, animated GIFs, web sites, presentations, etc. according to specifications
• Capture, color correct and edit photo and video content that matches a pre-defined visual style

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in designing and building for digital
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in design, video/audio production, or related multimedia
• A strong eye for design with a strong sense of color, topography, iconography and composition
• Proficient in the entire Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc). Figma knowledge a plus.
• Firm foundation and passion for user experience and best practices for mobile and key digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Websites, Email, etc)
• Ability to apply that knowledge by designing usable experiences that work on multiple platforms and screen sizes
• A desire to bring forth new design solutions based on these principles and best practices
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to use data to inform creative and development decisions
• Must be an efficient “self-starter” that is able to take direction and execute things well and independently
• Must be comfortable working closely with others in a fast-paced Agile structure and environment
