We have assembled a talented and diverse team of experts and are looking for a Senior Commerce Strategist who has the ability to discern insights from observations, with a proven track record of working successfully with cross-functional teams, and a drive to help clients navigate the new retail environment that is quickly blending digital and physical experiences.


  • Gather and synthesize various data points to create insights that inform strategy development
  • Subscribe to industry news and stay current on clientrelevant trends
  • Monitor commerce and retailer trends and technological advancements
  • Assist with business development as needed
  • Uncover insights and provide thought leadership in collaborative, cross-functional and cross-agency team structures
  • Ability to apply conceptual strategy, facilitate brainstorms, and day-to-day directing of projects through completion
  • Ability to clearly and convincingly articulate branding, marketing, and creative strategies to C-level executives
  • Contribute to client presentations
  • Established expertise in all eCommerce functions, including
  • Content, Search, Design, and Analytics

Required Skills 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work streams
  • Mastery of subscription and research tools
  • Authoring industry white papers/POVs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation development and storytelling
  • Ability to understand pure-play and omni-channel retail environments and platforms
  • Developed knowledge of client industry, internal environments, and tools
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to write project briefs and kick off teams

Required Experience

  • 4-6 years experience
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and am:
    • ultidisciplinary background
    • including developing marketing strategy
    • consumer insight media
    • strategy and/or account planning
  • Ability to travel as needed
