Where you shine

  • Leads and develops relationships with talent at all levels and works as trusted partner to leadership, making staffing recommendations based on skills and career aspirations, not just availability
  • Determines the right strategy to optimize talent and partners with core teams to make that a reality.
  • Proactively forecasts and maintains knowledge of projects across the team, building strong relationships with Client engagement,Delivery and Campaign Program Management.
  • Has a pulse on the overall health and happiness of the book of business, ensuring any talent concerns are escalated to leadership through the appropriate channels
  • Alerts leads of any potential concerns or issues in meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing and makes recommendations to resolve
  • Leads weekly resourcing meetings, to ensure all roles, and specifically creative and experience talent are not under or over-utilized and works to resolve any conflicts
  • When internal options have been exhausted, identifies needs for freelance talent, and recruits the best in the industry to support short-term needs
  • Partners with operations to review monthly utilization reports and share insights and action plan with leadership
  • Works with the Talent team to on-board new hires and freelancers
  • Works with delivery and project management leads to ensure internal resourcing platform (RAFT) is up to date
  • Continuously strategizes new ideas for process improvements and better ways to foster a connected and inclusive agency culture.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve the resourcing and agency processes.Proposes solutions and partners with Resource Management leaders to implement.
  • Collaborates with leaders to improve resourcing tools, reports and other data sources used to help with the optimization of talent.
  • Is a ninja when it comes to balancing the talent requirements, availability, and the financial considerations that make up casting the right talent.

Who you are and what you bring

  • 7+ years of resource management in advertising/marketing industry
  • Firm grasp of the creative process within an agency environment and a love of creating order in the chaos
  • Deep understanding of the functional skills and responsibilities of the roles they will manage
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence across all levels of seniority
  • Comfortable working in an environment of constant change and doing so with a positive attitude
  • Proactive and confident in prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000 . Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
