We are currently seeking a Creative Talent Sourcer to help seek out exceptional talent for our growing teams utilizing both traditional and non-traditional methods. This position will be supporting our Talent Acquisition team across North America. 

The Creative Talent Sourcer can work out of our New York, Chicago or Kansas City offices.

Responsibilities

  • Be a culture ambassador creating a positive inclusive experience at all touch points in the initial attraction and recruiting process
  • Identify and engage with talent through social media, jobs boards, referrals, and networking
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in shortlisting prospective candidates for Hiring Teams with a focus on our DEI commitments
  • Build relationships and introduce VMLY&R to passive candidates and build a pipeline of talent for creative roles (Art and Creative Direction, Copywriting, Design, Integrated Production, Motion Graphics, Editors, UX / UI, etc)

Required Skills

  • Ability to review and gauge creative portfolios
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented, with outstanding time management skills
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethic and solid customer service skills
  • Can juggle multiple projects and tasks at once, and has a flexible attitude towards constantly changing priorities
  • Has strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of management
  • Experience working with sensitive and confidential documents

Required Experience

  • 1-2 years’ minimum experience in Creative Recruiting and/or Creative Sourcing for an advertising agency or creative staffing agency
