We are currently seeking a Junior Creative Recruiter to help seek out exceptional talent for our growing teams utilizing both traditional and non-traditional methods. This position will be supporting our Talent Acquisition teams across the US.

The Junior Creative Recruiter can work out of our New York, Chicago, Kansas City or Seattle offices.

Responsibilities

  • Be a culture ambassador creating a positive inclusive experience at all touch points in the initial attraction and recruiting process
  • Identify and engage with talent through social media, jobs boards, referrals, and networking
  • Support the Creative Talent Acquisition Team in shortlisting prospective candidates for Hiring Teams with a focus on our DEI commitments
  • Sourcing talent and networking within creative communities

Required Skills

  • Ability to review and gauge creative portfolios across Design, Art/Creative Direction, Copywriting and Experience Design (UX/UI) at varying levels of experience from new grads/Juniors to Creative Directors
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented, with outstanding time management skills
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethic and solid customer service skills
  • Can juggle multiple projects and tasks at once, and has a flexible attitude towards constantly changing priorities
  • Has strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of management
  • Experience working with sensitive and confidential documents

Required Experience

  • Demonstrated experience (6 months - 1 year) in Creative Recruiting and/or Creative Sourcing for an advertising agency or creative staffing agency
