About the Role

The Manager, Data & Analytics will be working on a multi-year digital transformation for one of our largest clients.  You will provide strategic insights and analysis while promoting growth on the account - eCRM connections, paid media tools, social listening tools, site analytics .  You will lead a team of analysts in navigating their day-to-day activities and client responsibilities. 

What your success will look like

  • Contribute to client’s direction and strategy by influencing decision-making based on information gained from deep-dive and ad hoc analysis
  • Assist with implementation of client’s data strategy
  • Create measurement frameworks that identify KPIs and diagnostic measures for marketing programs 
  • Align with strategy and channel teams on marketing plans to develop key performance indicators to measure program success, analyze data through various tools, and develop both insightful and actionable reports to internal and client teams. 
  • Manage and merchandise marketing optimization programs (e.g.: A/B testing)
  • Implement, collect, and analyze data across social media platforms and provide reporting/insights for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Provide leadership/mentorship of analysts

Who you are what you bring

  • 4+ years of experience working in marketing analytics (online media and measurement)
  • Strong quantitative and research skills with proven ability to demonstrate data collecting, analyzing and interpretation
  • Experience leading Media Attribution and Media Mix Modeling
  • Experience with SQL, Python or r 
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableu
  • Experience with Brandwatch or other Social Media Business Intelligence SaaS  
  • Experience leading qualitative & quantitative research from proposal to presentation
  • Experience effectively managing projects that support multiple clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in analysis, research, and presentation creation
