A Group Creative Director is a dynamic creative leader who drives a portfolio of healthcare client business, helps build and lead multidisciplinary teams, and routinely interacts with key senior clients and stakeholders. You will be joining a strategic team of cutting-edge designers, bench trained PHD content specialists, 3d animation wizards, video production gurus, and technical development jockeys who help bring our clients stories to life. 

Our clients, among others, include industry-leading pharma and biotech companies such as Abbvie, Alexion, Allergan, Amgen, Atara, Biogen, BMS, Genentech, GSK, Jazz, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Pfizer, Ultra Genyx, etc.

Required Skills

  • Award-winning conceptual skills as a writer, plus a command of the digital space and the talent to take healthcare advertising campaigns across diverse platforms
  • Be the steward of brand knowledge and produce work that defies the status quo and sets new standards in the healthcare industry
  • Provide high-level concept guidance to optimize creative work produced by their teams
  • Strong ability to lead a team of art directors and copywriters and play nice with others, including account managers and project managers
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and to learn something new every day
  • Strong interpersonal and client presentation skills
  • Ability to lead by example and mentor younger creatives

Required Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 10-plus years of experience in the advertising field
  • Previous HCP launch experience and experience across multiple therapeutic categories
  • Experience developing multi-channel work, both print and digital, that inspire the best in customer experience for the professional market
  • Experience generating new business and developing client relationships
  • Experience and/or strong interest in high-science
