This is a position on the Red Fuse agency team for our global Consumer Package Goods (CPG) client. The agency is fully-integrated, with team members assigned to multiple marketing disciplines (consumer advertising, shopper marketing, eCommerce, media, public relations, etc.). Everyone sits together in one building, enabling speed, efficiency, and connectivity. The team is responsible for Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) across numerous CPG brands. The agency is global in nature, with offices spread throughout the world. Thus, the agency’s work for the client runs in over 200 countries. 

Red Fuse is looking for an accomplished marketing leader with broad B2B & B2C marketing experience that potentially encompasses the development of; integrated marketing strategies, CRM/personalization, marketing analytics, social and content strategies, experience strategies, and/or holistic ecosystem strategies.

This person will lead the creation of connected experiences for the brand, and will serve as a thought leader in using technology, platforms, channels, and content to connect with our audiences in meaningful ways, and in aligning digital strategies with clients’ business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on developing strategic recommendations in the face of ambiguity, is comfortable being in a high-visibility role with client partners, and enjoys an environment where no two days are alike.


  • Assist in defining the strategic opportunity for digital in the overall context of a clients’ marketing communications plan; Develop digital and go-to-market strategies that deliver on clients’ KPIs and business objectives.
  • Educate and support client and internal teams on digital marketing channel value, best practices and ongoing evolution and implications; Develop digital POVs on behalf of the agency.
  • Oversee and guide measurement, testing and optimization mechanisms to evaluate and drive successful campaigns; Partner with marketing analysts to bring these mechanisms to life.
  • Analyze audience data to provide insights on consumer behaviors, segmentation, and targeting in order to influence decision making and campaign/creative development.
  • Strive to grow your understanding and knowledge of clients’ business and competitive environment(s); Apply this information in preparing and presenting strategically focused programs and recommendations.
  • Make things happen; Develop holistic ecosystem and GTM strategies, digital KPIs, insights-informed creative briefs, trend reports, etc. in service of award-winning ideas and work.
  • Lead and push the business to be better; Grow the role of Insights & Strategy through the development of effective relationships with key clients and internal teams. Be positive, proactive, supportive, and willing to help.



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of industry experience
  • Experience as a digital strategist in an agency environment
  • Experience in user-centered design methods and techniques
  • Experience in UX design, specifically for mobile, responsive design and platform-based solutions
  • Strong experience strategy skills and an eye for compelling digital storytelling
  • Can find creative ways to get things done effectively and collaboratively
  • Continuous learner of technology; promoting it, using it and finding new tools to make us more effective
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into simple concepts, defend the work and be the expert in the
  • Strong writing skills, creativity and passion for human-centered design
  • Experience working on and leading multiple projects simultaneously across large cross-discipline agile team
  • Endless curiosity and expert knowledge for what motivates people and drives desired behaviors
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and social skills; Strong EQ
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with CPG brands is a plus
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
