As a Senior Strategist in the Research Studio, you will work to power curiosity throughout the organization in an effort to continually push our knowledge and thinking further. This role is rooted in conducting primary (qualitative and quantitative) research, along with secondary and social exploration. But it isn’t just the status quo, it’s taking research and melding it with a strategic mind to create innovative and agile approaches to learning more.

We are currently seeking a Senior Strategist that will encompass the following:

  • Works collaboratively with experience strategy and design, client engagement, channel and creative to inform solutions that meet customer and business need
  • Consults with internal and external clients to understand strategic research objectives and propose the appropriate approach to get to game-changing insights
  • Manages research from beginning to end
  • Creates documentation of project requirements and proposals
  • Connects the dots on secondary research and social listening in a way that sparks new thinking
  • Concisely weaves together insights to create a compelling and human story

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a multidisciplinary background, including developing research strategy, consumer insight, and/or account planning
  • 4-7 years of overall research, strategy, or planning experience
