As a Senior Strategist in the Research Studio, you will work to power curiosity throughout the organization in an effort to continually push our knowledge and thinking further. This role is rooted in primary research, with a mixed-methods approach. But it isn’t just the status quo, it’s taking research and melding it with a strategic mind to share insights that inspire teams to do great work. We are currently seeking a Senior Strategist that will encompass the following:

  • Proficiency in qualitative research methods across a project lifecycle, from exploratory deep dives to concept resonance and usability
  • Consults with internal and external clients to understand strategic research objectives and propose the appropriate approach to get to game-changing insights
  • Works collaboratively with strategy, experience design, client engagement, and creative teams to inform solutions that meet customer and business needs
  • Manages research project from beginning to end
  • Creates documentation of project requirements and proposals
  • Concisely weaves together insights to create a compelling and human story that sparks new thinking

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a multidisciplinary background, including developing research strategy, consumer insight, and/or account planning
  • 3-5 years of overall research, strategy, or planning experience
